Holy hell those volts. 1.472V!!! You really should downclock and fast. 1.4V is max for that chip and over 1.3V isn't recommended anyway as it has little pros against cons.

On CPU-Z the first red box is around CPUs name and same features you see in stores. Lower box shows current status. The Core Voltage shows current volts. For only 4.1GHz you should have around 1.2V or you have really bad chip.

I don't feel like I belong here when I had to Google what the hell a "genera" was...

But yes; that is normal. And as pointed out by poster above me that voltage is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much for Haswell. 1.275v is kind of sweetspot. Particularly for a very mild OC like 4.1

What about these numbers?

I have it on adaptive mode is that the better option?

Still on high side but now you won't accidentally burn it. You must have really bad chip if 4.1GHz need that high volts to be stable. Just don't stress with Prime95 and you should be fine. For now.
