Thanks for the suggestion

I would go with i5 4570 and GTX 760, is it a good choice?

Its not bad, but if you are going to go with a non-unlocked CPU it may be wise to consider an entry level Xeon.

CPU:  Intel Xeon E3-1220 V3 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($203.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard:  MSI H87-G43 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($84.79 @ Newegg)
Video Card:  EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB ACX Video Card  ($234.99 @ NCIX US)
Case:  NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($38.55 @ Amazon)
Total: $731.26
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I would go with an FX 6300/6350 and get a better GPU. You'll find better performance.

dont people normally buy nvidia to render stuff since there are more compatible products for CUDA than openCL ?

just be sure it works with OpenCL first

also  u could save a bit of money on just buying the 270 version since  the 270X is just an overclocked model

also i recommend checking out benchmarks on haswell chips before settling with a 8320 just to be sure ur getting most out of your moneys worth
