can't tell for sure, but even overclocked to the bone it wont come close to the core i3 or the FX-6300...you should forget this option you will be disapointed

FX-6300 is am3??? I have mini Itx lol

then your best option is intel, core i3 or if you can afford a better one would be core i5-4430 (the core i5-4460 is the same price as the 4430 ATM so it's really worth it.)

can't overclock the core i3, but it does outperform the 760K even at stock speed...i would pick intel.

Better would be FX-6300 + AM3+ 970 mobo...cheap as hell on top of that!
