Alright so a few years ago i remember seeing a "theme" type layout of someones computer that completely changed his design of everything. from a click of a button his apps opened like normal but they were actually almost embedded in the background and it was part of the whole design. im not sure whats this called or if its legit or if its just a way to get a Trojan but can someone explain what this guy did? was really cool

Rainmeter is another program you can use but it would be better if you could show some screenshots.

Yes, this is done with Rainmeter. I suggest that you look it up on YouTube cause it's a little tricky to use that program for the first time, especially if you want to customize everything like I do.
