9950x3d temps

hello, i have an 9950x3d cooled by an arctic liquid freezer III pro 420

and im getting idle temps of 41 going to 50 sometimes while ive tested it in cinebench getting 71 with multithread for about 10 min.

can anyone tell me if these are normall especially the idle temps and if not should i just remove the pump and reapply paste, thanks in advance.
