It's better to manually oc.

What's the system being used for?

The aftermarket thermal paste is unnecessary. The 212 Evo comes with good paste.

not sure whether to overclock but i know the motherboard has an auto overclocker that i can use. or is it better to do it manually? please make changes to what you think is best. thanks

You don't need 2133 RAM

You also don't need an added thermal paste

And i'd personally go with a bigger PSU. That one is good, but that's cutting it pretty close...

A great build, but didn't he find 2133Mhz RAM for the same price O.o

lol nevermind but get a 760 or 770....

I'm pretty sure that 760k would be a minor "bottleneck" on a 760, and especially 770 -_-

High cas latency makes high frequency pretty much redundant.
