After twice in a row being stung by the declarations being wrong and having to pay admin charges and massive duty bills I gave it one last go as they seemed to have noted the issue last time I complained about it(which was still a frustrating "is this AI" back and forth).

And it worked! Ordered under the limit for paying duties and it sailed through the Netherlands and to the UK.

Good job, took a while so I may actually now risk ordering even when shipping isn't free, especially as now it's in CAD and seems lower anyway it's actually a reasonable amount. Still wouldn't want to try over the 135 limit, but under that I'll be getting those tall tshirts I have been after.

CAD or GBP?

It will be GBP.

The limit for duty in the UK is £135.

I have placed 3 orders from LTT and only once did i have to pay for duty and extra VAT.
this was at last black Friday sale where they reported the order as USD and not CAD.

So if the order total is under £135, thats the final price you pay to get it to your door?

I've never ordered anything of LTT Store but I'd love a screwdriver

Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");

Yh.

I have done 3 orders to the UK.
One during the free shipping and 2 without free shipping.

If the value is under £135, all you pay is VAT and nothing more.
Over £135. you pay VAT plus duty, LTT do not collect duty, they only collect VAT. If duty is charged, what you will find is that the courier will add their own fee on top, like handling, currency conversion etc.
