In short, i was cleaning my GPU and Motherboard one day and noticed that an SMD was on the ground. Now I'm getting PC crashes at random (Only During Gameplay) and was wondering if there would be a way for me to test if it's the motherboard or the GPU. I tested the GPU for about an hour with no crashes in MSI Kombustor (fur mark), Unigine Heaven, and Superposition. The system when it crashes freezes then boot loops till it goes into Windows Recovery and fails over and over till the power is disconnected all together. Is this something that I'm just screwed with? I didn't clean my system aggressively or anything. I just dusted the GPU and board and randomly found it.

I'd suggest taking photos of all the exposed circuit boards you can see. Take the time to make sure they in focus.
Open them in paint or similar and spend time tracing every track. Draw over every track as you inspect it so as to keep track of you progress.
It's not hard to find a needle in a haystack, all you have to do is look, it just takes time and a methodical approach.

Also next time the system crashes perhaps you could remove the GPU then and see if it fixes the problem instantly.
