I had a somewhat similar experience recently in the sense that I was very surprised by someone talking about tech. 

 

Basically, a girl (around 20) came into where I work (part time at a hardware store) asking for small airconditioning units or some other kind of strong cooling solution. After I showed her where it was, see explained that it was for a bitcoin/lightcoin mining rig. We ended up having a 45 minute conversation about mining and how different GPUs perform. Turns out she had a spare room with about 16 7970s in it. My boss was pretty annoyed that I had been talking for so long xD

I'm 19. Although she was nice and into tech, she wasn't very attractive, so I didn't bother. I'm kind of shallow like that I guess.
