This might not be the best forum to put this on but I am honestly took at a dead end.

We are trying to run some label printers on a print server from our EC2 instance. We was using a Windows Server 2025 Datacentre license which I did not believe would cause issue and still think could work fine. But ANYWAY... when we connect users to this print server it will ask for login credentials which after trial and error is wanting the users windows credentials to actually be setup in the EC2 instance which is not joined to our ENTRA and I am not sure if the Windows Print Server would even connect with Entra. I thought maybe if I entra joined the EC2 instance this could potentially work but we can't on this license so I might have to change it to a windows server 2022 license instead.

We do not want to put in the users email and password into the windows credentials tab each time there is a new user. I will put a full paragraph below actually detailing our use case for this and if anyone can come up with a better solution or know a solution that could help me out here.

We have two TSC label printers which need there drivers installed for the correct formatting to print in Bartender.
We are wanting to use a Print Server due to some limitations on bartender causing directly connected printers on users device to duplicate themselves as bartender thinks the same printer on the two peoples devices are different. ( Which I think it should not do that as we are paying for 3 printer licenses and they are the same)
We have an Cloud Domain (Azure/Entra)

If you think you could come up with any help please let me know.

I'm FAR from an expert in print servers or AD, but you probably need to connect the print server to your AD. There should even be a way for it to grab the auth token off the end user's computer for a seamless SSO experience. Barring that, you will need to manage multiple users on the printserv, or have everyone use a generic login, or allow anonymous auth and restrict allowed IPs.
