Impossible to answer without you providing more technical info.

Which router is it? Are you in the same subnet as the router on both networks? (e.g. 192.168.0.x/24)

I currently have att air hub internet but i purchased a different router that is wifi 7 and what i did was turn off both wifi ratios on the main att modem and just use the wifi 7 but it work fine on the 2.4ghz when logging into the ip but it wont on the 5ghz

The type of internet connection you have isn't relevant when diagnosing local network issues. What is the Wi-Fi 7 access point's model, are you sure you're connected to the same AP (and not accidentally the Air Hub), is your machine in the same IP range in both cases?

Many routers don't allow configuration access over wireless by default for security reasons. Might be your router has a similar setting that restricts it to 2.4 GHz. We might be able to find something you didn't if you can provide what model it is.

Yeah, but you still haven't actually provided the info I asked for. What model is the Wi-Fi 7 router? Is your IP in the same range on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz?
