I need a link to a free benchmarking software that is reliable and quick, not where u have to wait 10 mins to actually get to the important benchmarks

Checking for stability after GPU overclocking, definitely go with 3DMark Vantage. That benchmark is old but if your GPU passes it, then it is 99% game-stable.
