pc Need help for new pc

Budget (including currency): 2000$-2200$CAD after tax

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly beamng, beammp, (programing, blender that is potentially)

Other details oh and my monitor is a tv that can do 4k 120hz (the tv was actually dead a couple of year ago but my dad did some : "gossage sa tv" then he hit the box and it became alive again, so bc the tv was sitting i chose to use it bc i had no monitor at that time lol) i was kinda stressed when i saw the cpu was not quite as good so i just remembered ltt has forum so there ya go my frend (not typo)

also i never FULLY built a pc but i know how to build one (i forogot to say i mainly play on 1080p)

Here the specs (also the cpu might be overkill but beamng is a cpu intensive game and that all other AVAILABLE cpu are meh)

Note that im upgrading from 1070 8gb, 16 gb ddr3, i7-4770k (with stock intel cooler and yes it work perfectly), EVGA 650 (this was upgraded bc of the gpu) with external ssd (kingston i think)

DIYPC DIY-S07 is really meh it only has a 80mm fan in the back and cpu cooler is only mac 152mm

psu is at top so cables be a mess too.

 

be quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3 120mm is 155mm tall so wont fit.
