Air CPU Cooler Recommendations?

I'd personally go AIO but if you're not comfortable with them then almost any 2 fan CPU Cooler will be fine.

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE is the best air cooler in its price range. It even beats budget AIO coolers.

I currently have a low-profile one with 92mm fan. Don't remember which one. I want something beefier this time.
