EDIT UPDATE: It took about 3 days to get a response from CS but I was offered a free replacement product (compatible screen protector.) Will update again when I receive it.

I have an issue with Dbrand selling me two products that are meant for the same device but do not work with eachother with no warning. They just let me spend the money. I bought their prism screen protector with a grip case for my fold 7, but I can't get the case on my phone with the screen protector applied. I've seen a couple of complaints about this on reddit. Unacceptable. They either know about this and let you buy the product anyway, or they didn't do enough QA testing. I like the case, I like the screen protector but whos idea was it to make them mutually exclusive? is it not within reason that if I want a case on my phone then I want the screen protected as well??

Looks like DBRAND sells 2 different versions of the PRISM 2.0 screen protector: a regular one and a case friendly one.

That said, I indeed could not find mention of case compatibility on the non-case-friendly Prism page, and there is no warning about compatibility when adding both the Grip Case and non-case-friendly Prism screen protector to my cart so... yeah, I hope they can resolve this for you.

 

They do have a Grip + Prism bundle sales page but I had to dig to find this...

Update: they responded and offered to ship me a replacement screen protector free of charge.
