It's a pretty subjective choice. I know that one is a great entry level mechanical keyboard. However I must say, my friend has it and it drives him nuts that the arrow keys and all the other buttons are integrated into the number pad. Not sure if that would bother you.

Thats kind of what im worried about as well. I have never used a keyboard like that, nor have i used a mechanical computer (this would be my first one) Recommend any good keyboards?

Do you mean mechanical keyboard? Well I've personally only owned 2 mechanical keyboards, the Razer Black Widow and the Corsair K70. I definitely can't recommend the Razer one, but I really like the K70. Unfortunately I can't say much more than that.

Buy a MX Switch Sampler first. Picking a switch blindly is not a good idea.

Cooler Master and Max Keyboard both make a sampler mounted on a PCB.

why shouldnt i get reds, arent reds better for gaming?

They are not tactile at all, I constantly mistype and it doesn't feel satisfying.

Look into the gamdias hermes. It's one of the most overlooked keyboards imo.

Woo!

I use reds and I have no problems with them. There are no right or wrong switches, or better for X and worse for Y. It's all about personal preference. The best thing to do is to go to a store to sample different switches or ordering a tester to find out which kind of switch is the best for you.

I disagree that reds (and by extension blacks) don't feel satisfying to type on. I much prefer to type on blacks than I do on Brown's or blues.
