I recently installed a new GPU, and to make sure temperatures were fine I downloaded a program called Speccy.

I then noticed that the CPU and motherboard were significantly higher than the GPU on idle.

When I play games the CPU can get to around about 70 degrees and from doing research on the internet I heard its fine. But for some reason the motherboard temps follow the CPU temps very closely, so in this case its also around 70 degrees.

Which I heard is very high for a motherboard and I don’t know what to do to fix it.
