Looks good.

You are missing a CPU cooler though, even though stock would be ok since you are not overclocking. Would invest in a CM 212 EVO tho. I would also get an 840 EVO from Samsung instead of the PNY SSD and WD Green instead of the Seagate.

Is your choice for PSU "qualified" for use with the board and CPU/Graphics card?

My experience with low budget PSUs are tales of frustration, I'd take a hard look at

your budgeted funds and figure out a way to upgrade the PSU.

Otherwise it looks good!

i7 4770K, Z87 Extreme6, GTX 770, CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10, PSU 1300W, 120GB SSD, 2TB HDD storage, GPU/CPU Single Loop, Case Labs S8

I don't know how prices are in your area, but $450 for an i5-4590 + H97 board seems a lot higher than it should be.. You say you're buying them together? What would it cost to buy a similar motherboard and a 4590 separate? $112 for 8 GB of RAM also seems high..

Other than that, it looks pretty good. As for the GPU, the R9-290 is the most powerful card in your list. It also happens to be the most expensive, but that makes sense given the performance.

The PSU is a bit lower than what most people would normally want for a high-end gaming rig, but it theoretically should be plenty..

Ehh, for non-OC'ing, I'd just stick with the stock cooler... From a review of the PNY Optima, the performance is pretty similar to the 840 EVO, and there don't seem to be a ton of bad reviews..

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

Good build. The R-290 is the best performing of the gpu in your list but it uses the reference cooler which may not be best in Singapore. I would suggest the Gigabyte R9-280X OC.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
