What do you mean damaged ? the small philips head ?

Can you still tighten them fully, can you at least secure a diagonal ?

Are you sure you got the right thickness pads ? because there's a good chance they messed up with the die thermal paste.

I'd open that again, check all the patterns (make us good pictures), set the two good screws carefully diagonally.

You need the right size screwdriver

(I did see such screws with springs on Aliexpress)

Probably

Whether or not that kit actually has the correct one for your gpu, idk.

But those in the picture sure are the usual form of die fastener screw

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

Sounds like either you used the wrong size pads and or screwdriver for the job. Most likely 1.5/2.0 mm screws should work. You could measure. Replacing the pads with proper sized ones or thermal putty is the way to go.

Nope if you just left it as is its fine but I don't think you used the right pads on the front if screws is too short now. :). If pads is too thick around the GPU core, then the cooler won't make full contact and will essentially cone, bending the card and maybe even the backplate.

They're some times like this. Had the same issue on my 7900xt when using the original cooler.
