That looks like the 12VHPWR cable for the GPU given the number of pins.

What specific model of GPU do you have, and does it already have cables going in to it?

Posting a picture showing the GPU seated in the system would help.

Can you show us the other side of the cable connector?

Does it look like this?

If the GPU is using the old-style 8- and 6-pin connectors, then you don't need this connector to be plugged in (presuming it's the connector I think it is). It's just there in case you install a different GPU that needs it.

If that's the case, then your problem is something totally unrelated.

Thats not what I meant, I dont need to see the other side of the cable, I wanted to see the other side of the connector shown in the first picture.

That will tell me all I need to know.

If the GPU has cables plugged into it then all is good.  Most AMD/Radeon GPU's dont use the new power cable.

So, in general, it is recommended to use power connectors from 2 separate cables instead of a single cable with 2 power connectors. That said, most of the time systems will still boot and run with 2 power connectors on a single cable (it's just more likely to be unstable), so if you're not getting a picture at all, I suspect that is probably not the source of the issue.

Sometimes on first boot you have to use DisplayPort with certain GPUs, HDMI doesn't work out of the box until you boot it up once.

Did the PC power on? How long did you wait?

Yes it powered on instantly , all the fans turned on, there was no issues with that

In that case you might just need to wait until you can try a different display.

Just to be clear, this is a pre-built, right?

If the CPU has iGPU, try plugging the HDMI cable to the motherboard's HDMI port instead

but without any display you actually don't know if it's working.

you definitely have to give it time for memory training.

the older the TV, the better your chance of displaying the BIOS screen due to the sync times and low resolutions that BIOS/UEFI defaults too.

My suggestion;

Make sure your TV is set to the correct input and have it turned on

Turn on the pc and just wait for 10-15 minutes in case it's doing memory training. Watch for any activity from the drive activity LED as a clue it's done, as the machine will try to load an OS.

reboot again and hold whatever key gets you into the bios immediately and wait and see if you get any video output.

I waited 10-15 min, its an old TV so I cant seem to really work on it, im gonna try with a newer TV and see what happens.what is the drive activity LED? And why would I want to go to bios?

There should be an led on the front of the case or wherever the ports and power button/power led is, usually red, that lights up and flickers indicating data being read/written to the drive. On some cases it's incorporated into the power button. It should at least flicker on once or twice at the very beginning of the boot cycle as the motherboard checks if a drive is attached, then dark for a few seconds, then go crazy as it loads the OS.

It it stays solid, you have some type of problem with the drive. Doesn't matter if it's an SSD or HDD, the drive activity led behavior is the same.

IF you have never seen an led flickering on the case front panel, then your system is NOT completing the boot cycle and trying to load an OS.

If it's solid, the system is hanging up on drive detection.

Is this a pre-built with an OS already installed? What brand? What are the specs?

You want to check BIOS to make sure memory is running at correct speed, cpu voltages are correct, to tune the fan profiles, etc, etc, etc.

You need to become familiar with your system's BIOS unless you plan on just taking it to a repair shop anytime an issue pops up.

Hey again, thanks for the detailed reply , when i turned it on i didn't see any led flickering from the power button, I hadn't really looked at it , mainly looked at the tv, but when I took it back to the shop for another reason we tried it on a monitor they had and it worked just fine , loaded windows(it already had windows installed) and everything, I think the problem was from the tv being old.

No , im not planning on taking it to the shop every time there is an issue , im gonna start trying to troubleshoot on my own . Much appreciated!
