Random Memory Training on Boot

Even with MCR enabled, occasional retraining is supposedly normal, see:

 

Sometimes my PC gets stuck on the memory debug light for 30 seconds on boot, before posting normally. This seemingly happens randomly, like the PC would be completely fine and boot normally the previous day. Is this supposed to happen or is there something wrong with my components?

i should also add that ive had this PC for over a year now. and it has no other problems (that i know of) apart from this.

Have you enabled memory context restore?
