ive been playing some gta 5 on my pc wich has a 4070ti super and ryzen 7600 build and the fps im getting is in the 130-140 range is this normal? It just seems low.

GTA V is quite CPU-bound, depending on your resolution/settings and whether you are on the enhanced edition or not, I think that framerate is fine.

 

Worth noting the game does break going above 180fps from memory but yeah 130fps is fine lol.
