I have 2000 download and 200 upload pack

I always had 200 upload on speedtest always but something happen for the last week that im testing im getting only 120-150 upload instead of 200.

i would say its might be problem with my ISP but on other windows version that i have im getting 200 upload test after test , but not on my main windows ...

as much as i tried to find out what couse this problem , like searching all the pc for viruses or trojans or updateing drivers it didnt solve the problem ...

can anyone tell me what i can do to fix this problem as i said it was 200 upload for years now but something changed ,

also the correct windows version that i use that have this problem is windows 10,  the version that i test that give 200 upload is windows 11.

Did you test Windows 10 & 11 on the same hardware or different computers? You could try booting from a Linux live-USB and see if the upload speed is also limited to 150 Mbps. If it goes to 200, that would indicate it's a problem with the Windows install. If it stays around 150, it would help point towards hardware.

I assume you have a wired connection to your router. If the test points towards hardware, my first guess would be the cable. Try swapping the cable.
