I'm planning on building a new rig this summer using 2 250GB Samsung Evo drives in raid 0 for the OS. My question is how do I create the raid volume with bare drives - is this possible? Can I enter the bios, create the raid volume and then install my OS onto the raid volume?

Any help would be appreciated!

if your motherboard's SATA-controller supports RAID0 you can do it there, if not you can do it in windows

Treat your local grammar nazi nicely and he might teach you a thing or two. (Note that I'm Belgian and not a native English speaker.)
