Amd 8350 whitout gpu?

no. The 8350 has no igpu. I mean, you could turn it on but you won't get a video output.

You always need at least 1 display output, otherwise the system does not post, you don't have to connect a display to it however.

and why wouldn't it post? what part of the computer doesn't work without the GPU?
