Hey i want to build my first keybord is this good for the price of should i get the V3?image.thumb.png.3b74ff6885740d5bc587ce7ee76117cb.png

If this is your first build, then the V2 is just fine. What you need to keep in mind, though, is that switches and the keycaps will raise the price to around 80$.
The keycaps you should get from AliExpress(seriously, these days it is a great platform) - search for "pbt keycaps gmk", you can get those in Cyberpunk shine-through if you feel funky(they are dope), or comix. Also, pick a set of stabilizers
For the switches, MMD Princess V4 are amazing for the occasion. Grab yourself a switch tester for around 18$(akko, durock, gateron, or w/e), just see that you don't have 3 sets of the basic reds/yellows or lots of magnetic switches.
edit: instead of keycap/switch puller, consider getting 2x of these tweezers(angled)

Would these be a good budget option to pair it with?

Can you post a link to the site? It might be a good starting point... if it is free shipping, depending on what else there is on the site to bundle it with, or mb just better.

Ok, so seeing this Microcenter stuff... holy molly, yes, grab a set of Pandas and Lynx - if that's actually flat 30$, then it's one of the better spent 30$ on switches, maybe ever.
And since the Lynx are unlubed, you have a small project on your hand - lubrication! And for that, do go to AliExpress because it'll save you some 20-30$ on the stuff(plus free shipping): Krytox GPL105, switch opener, lube station. Now you can buy another 35 of either the Pandas or the Lynx, whichever you'd like more. But if you only care for typing, 35 switches will fill you with the letters and finish the rest with whatever, so you might as well spend the difference on getting 10x testers for some of the premium switches with the most tasty food names, or the most stupid nonsensical.
