CPU Decision for almost finished Build

Budget (including currency): Around 40,000RSD (Republic of Serbia Dinars) ~ 340EUR

Country: Serbia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Current games and upcoming ones (example Battlefield 6, Delta Force Extraction mode, ArkRaiders, etc..) and maybe some streaming, recording and editing.  

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
So currently I have everything bought except Storage and CPU.
List of parts that I have bought:
GPU: Merc310 7900XTX
RAM: 2x16GB 6000Mhz CL30 Kingston
CPU Cooler: Be Quiet Pure Rock Pro 3
MB: ASUS B650E Max Gaming Wifi
PSU: Corsair rm1000x
I was originally planning the 7800X3D although I did not do my due diligence and researched further about it (I just heard It's the best )
So now when I bought almost everything all that I'm missing is storage and the CPU. BUT the wallet is getting skinny.
So My question is, should I go with 7800X3D and m.2 1TB and HDD 2TB
Or should I consider 7700X for around 10,000RSD ~ 90EUR less money and invest that in storage (example M.2 SSD 2TB and HDD 2TB)
What would I really miss out If I went for 7700X.
My goals are 165Hz 1440p and maybe in the future 2160p but mostly 1440p, I'd like to be able to hit 165FPS on highest possible settings without frame gen, FSR is fine but Frame Gen is a No No.
My current monitors are AOC 1080p 165Hz and Gaba (some Hungarian brand ) 1440p 165Hz, but Im planning to upgrade to a better 1440p monitor at least in the near future (after I recover some money from investing into the said PC)

I'd favor better CPU now. In the future, if you need more SSD storage, you have two spare M2 slots
