Windows 11 Install Scripts

I remember seeing a LTT video once where they mentioned various ways to bypass local accounts, turn off telemetry etc. But I can't seem to find it.

Anyone got any good suggestions? (Not actually that bothered to use local accounts, but a script to disable all the bloat etc would be amazing).

The unattend-generator was what I was thinking of, but winutil is useful to know about too.
