When i had my toshiba 5400 rpm HDD, my Graphics had 5,9 and graphics (gaming) had 6,9. When I have switched to a Samsung 840 Evo 250gb my graphics went to 5,8 and graphics (gaming) to 6,8; but that doesnt make any sense, as far as I know, is the gaming experience in all ways better on a SSD.

Do you know why it got ,,worse''?

Only ,,Drive'' went from 5,9 to 8,00

Those are just pointless numbers IMO, ignore them. Do a proper test, like SiSoft Sandra.

my old 650 was given 7.3 gaming and normal graphics my 780ti gives 7.9 ( max)

2320 gave 7.5 3570k gives 7.6

generic brand 1337 8gm ram gave 7.4 corsair vengeance 16gb 1600mhz gave 7.6

now im limited by my ssd @ 7.4

I wouldn't really care about the index its just pointless.

also dont know how you got 8 when 7.9 is the limit

The Windows Experience Index is a very very simple benchmark, really only for reference and for Windows to know what can run or not in the OS Itself.

For example in Windows Vista/7 the Aero Style was disabled for any system with a rating lower than 2.0 in graphics performance.

Anything else that needs better benchmarks for gaming performance go for 3DMark ect.

Main Machine:  16 inch MacBook Pro (2021), Apple M1 Pro (10 CPU, 16 GPU Core), 512GB SDD, 16GB RAM

Gaming Machine:  Acer Nitro 5, Core i7 10750H, RTX 3060 (L) 6GB, 1TB SSD (Boot), 2TB SSD (Storage), 32GB DDR4 RAM

Other Tech: iPhone 15 Pro Max, Series 6 Apple Watch (LTE), AirPods Max, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PS3, Xbox 360

Network Gear:  TP Link Gigabit 24 Port Switch, TP-Link Deco M4 Mesh Wi-Fi, M1 MacMini File & Media Server with 8TB of RAID 1 Storage

windows performance indexes don't make much sense themselves, in fact they've been removed from win8.1

they're just indicative numbers, don't take them too seriously

your SSD won't affect gaming performance

It is still in 8.1 just a whole lot harder to get to and you have to use command prompt and powershell to obtain it now and you get something like this spit out.
