HELP need suggestions with no POST

Hello peoples,

 

CPU : Intel 4590

MOBO : Asus H81M-E

RAM : G.Skill Ripjaw DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24

GPU : Gigabyte GTX750Ti

PSU : Corsair CS450M Modular power supply.

 

Need help and suggestions from you guys whether you guys also think my motherboard is DOA.

 

First of all, the fans/LEDs work when I press the power button but I get no screen. 

 

-I refitted everything from cpu twice, did not work

-tested my RAMs on my computer, works fine.

-tried to boot with only the CPU,RAM still no screen

-tried to boot with CPU,RAM,GPU still no screen

-cleared CMOS, took out the battery for a good 1~2 minutes

 

I plugged all the possible display ports it could output to, still no screen. I'm leaning towards the mobo being DOA but I'm also worried if my motherboard BIOS doesn't have the support for 4590 out of the box.

I dont have a diagnostic speaker to plug in so I cant hear for a diagnostic code nor this motherboard has a LED debug stuff. 

On top of all this, I don't have access to any intel 1150 socket motherboard, so I cannot confirm whether it is actually the mobo. 

 

Suggestions? or anything I missed out?
