Check the BIOS to confirm Audio chip is not disabled...
Audio Inputs and Outputs is listing your monitor.

If Device Manager cannot see the Realtek chip, it could be bricked, if the BIOS shows it as "Enabled".

its enabled in bios 

ind device manager its greyed out when i click of "show hidden devices"

Can you 'unhide' it, if you right click "Realtek(R) Audio"...?
Hidden Devices will be the issue; are you using HDMI to your monitor... or Dp??

i can only update/uninstall and when i update it nothing happens

i am using a DP
