I made a payment arrangement with T-Mobile where my bill would be splitting two and I would pay it every two weeks. I paid the first payment 2 days early My card was charged everything I then two days later i got a notification of my card being charged again for the same first payment and had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes to get live support only for them to tell me it was my fault for paying early??? To make it even funnier their AI confirmed that I made the payment but refused to count the payment towards my bill I would love to see you put their customer service to the test because never in my life have I been told I was wrong for paying early

When you signed up for that, it likely required auto-pay. Similarly, I pay for a storage unit locally. They require auto-pay. If I pay my bill early, the same thing happens where my card gets charged again. Check the terms and conditions for your payment plan, it probably outlines this very issue.
