What monitor should I get for gaming for $150

I want an IPS monitor and I was looking at a dell monitor or a asus monitor, but I heard that the input lag is pretty bad, so I dont know what to get. I was looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824260104

There is no big diference in GTG respone times just worry about refresh rates but your not gonna get any 120-144hz IPS anytime soon
