Go with a single 2TB SSD so that you don't have to run your gpu at x8.

265k + 9070xt + 32gb 6000c36

 

its 40$ overbudget but its a full cpu + gpu overhaul with the microcenter 265k bundle for the cpu mobo and rams

 

if you prefer ryzen over intel theres the 7600x3d bundle at the same price, wouldnt bother with the 7700 nor 9700x bundles as the 265k demolishes them in multicore and performs about the same or better in games if you atleast have 200s boost turned on (may have higher performance with manual tuning esp ram)

 

if youd like to save some cash on the gpu theres the 5070 new (500$) or you can go for a used 6900xt/6950xt (~400$) both of which outperform the 9060xt and should give you a better 1440p experience
