Today all day I'm trying to get windows to update, but Ithink I am at a dead end. There's 2 problems: 1 I made a copy of my windows to an ssd that I made to a gpt format to get it to update but now when i press download and install nothing happens and I have only this code for any signs 0x80070003. The second problem is the ssd that has the original copy is MBR and while I'm trying to make it to GPT I get an error cannot find room for the EFI system partition. Any kind of help pls!

You probably won't like my answer but believe me when I say it is the better solution on the long term : Do not upgrade Windows 10; erase it and install Windows 11 from scratch.

While it would be nice to skip the hassle or reinstalling all your stuff, there are so many issues popping up while upgrading from 10 to 11 that you'll end up saving time and efforts if you simply install 11 from scratch.

Good luck !

Just do a fresh install. When you have issues like these, they ain't going to be fixed by magic after installing windows 11. You will have more issues and you will be pulling your hair out trying to diagnose it.

It's always better to do a fresh install.

Backup your stuff to another drive. Create a Windows 11 Installation media using the tool on MS website (or download the ISO on that same website and use RUFUS to do it manually)

Then power down the computer, ideally unplug your other drives and then install Windows 11 (make sure to format the partitions. Unplugging the drives is just to ensure you don't format the wrong one).

Alright, you could investigate why this is happening by using setupdiag.exe however the more hassle free way is to do this:

Download the windows 11 media creation tool. On the Windows 11 download website; download the "Create Windows 11 Installation Media" program.

Then run and select the iso option and NOT usb drive.

At the end it will say “burn iso file to dvd", ignore that and,  click “finish” instead.

Then double-click on the iso file which was in the directory you specified in the media creation tool.

Run setup.exe

Choose “keep personal files and app" and go through the installation.

*NOTE: You should still backup all your important stuff, since there is a chance that this update won't play nicely with your current setup.

I agree. OP, if you don't want to format your PC, even though is a good idea to do, making an inplace upgrade using an iso should certainly do the trick.
