This has probably been suggested before, but a socket driver in the form factor of the screwdriver would be awesome. In theory, it shouldn't be very difficult to rework the shaft to drive 1/4" sockets instead of 1/4" shank driver bits. I'd love to see it!

You can buy a ratcheting nut driver.

Or a set of those 1/4-hex to socket adapters (which are normally intended for impact drivers).

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Couldn't you just use the socket adapters (example amazon link) in your current screw driver? They make those in all sorts of shapes, sizes and colors if you want.

I know not quite the same, but it would accomplish the same thing?

For sure, I just think a dedicated socket driver version of the screwdriver would be of better quality. I have a few of these myself, but they just make long for a proper socket driver.

idk, to me a socket driver is not a socket driver unless it has a receptacle  for a ratchet on top like so

dont know how you could implement this with a ratcheting mech as well and other features.

34 Piece Ratcheting Screwdriver Set

Maybe something like this?

With The Hacksmith having a very successful kickstarter and ordering over 20 CNC machines I feel it would be awesome if there was a colab between LTT and Hacksmith for future tools that could be designed and built in Canada (I am not Canadian but feel strongly that too many countries have outsourced critical manufacturing).

Maybe Luke could actually get his Cole-Bar Hammer but with it being designed and made in-house.

I'm surprised LTT hasn't looked at the Canadian Tire Mastercraft screwdriver sets and come up with something of their own. Just 'dumb' drivers in a set that match your LTT ratching driver so you have cohesion on your workbench (and LTT in their videos). They seem more focused on fancy colourways instead but having both a full size and precision set of just regular drivers available to sell in a few basic designs seems like a no brainer to me, even if their cost would be higher than 250 peices (mostly junk bits) from CT for $19.99 CAD.
