<-- Moved to Windows -->

The SSD thing likely won't affect you. The culprit isn't windows, but SSD manufactures using pre-release controllers from Phison and is what is causing the problem. If you some how do have one, there is likely a firmware update from the SSD manufacture to address this.

Windows 10 support is set to expire very soon, I think October? So go with Windows 11.

The SSD issue appears to be caused by a combination of Windows 11 update and older BIOS versions, so you should be good if you're on an up-to-date BIOS.

Otherwise, Windows 10 is EOL starting October, so probably a better idea to go with Windows 11 on a new build.
