deciding between thermalright royal pretor 130 and royal knight, price i can get is royal knight £22.99 and royal pretor £39, royal knight is best for ram clearance but dont think my ram is taller enough to be an issue, royal pretor seems to be the more powerful and according to tomshardware review royal knight got 3 out of 5 and said "Poor noise-normalized performance and Does not perform as well with AMD Ryzen" where as tomshardware reviewed the royal and said 5 out of 5 and said "Strongest air-cooling performance I’ve tested yet" and cons none.is the pretor worth the extra cost?.

current potential build :
9800x3d
9070xt
64gb ram
1000w psu
msi b850 edge ti .
