Need help deciding which GPU to get

I'm from Bangladesh. I wanna build a PC and In my budget there are three options arc B580 which is the cheapest than comes 5060 and last comes 9060xt which one should I get?

 

Note: B580 is close to 60 bucks cheaper than 5060 and 5060 is 60-65 bucks cheaper than 9060xt

Buying the cheapest gets you the worst. And not only in the performance. Is the 9060XT a 16GB variant?
