Upgrading CPU help

Hey I have amd a6 3500 apu... An fm1 processor.... I want to upgrade but I only have around 100$ so I was thinking about my 2 options.... Should I buy an AMD Athlon ll X4 651 Quad-Core Processor 3.0 GHz Socket FM1 for 50$ and then get an h100 from my friend and overclock it, or should I just wait until I have the money to buy an i5??? I only have a 660 so I think the 651 processor would be the best option what do you guys think?

Athlon X4 760, and getting an i5 would mean swaping the Mobo homy
