Hello there, a while back my Chieftech CP-S650 burnt two of the 8 pin PCI-E's due to my overclocked 1080ti's high power consumption (up to 384w).
My dad's friend and my colleague has this CoolMax ZU-1000B PSU that he offered to give to me for free... I cannot really find it in any of the GPU tier lists, neither can I find reviews for it aside from like newegg and amazon user reviews.

Is this power supply gonna do decent enough and not just spontaneously combust in my PC?
Also, it doesn't seem like it has all of the modular cables that I need, can I just buy any modular cables and use it for this? and if not, how do I know which are compatible and which aren't?
Thanks in advance

It will work. Whether it will be good is very hard/impossible to tell without testing equipment.

No, DO NOT do that. You risk frying the components you plug them into as modular PSU pinouts aren't standardized.

Cool... So how do I find compatible cables?
