Why couldn't Light brute force L's name 🙂 

I know it might not be secure, yeah vibecoding is cool but we shouldnt do smt unless we understand it and etc. thx but these disclaimers get old quick. maybe we shall be reminded frequently for we are stupid but i dont work at a nuclear powerplant.

One of the rules of the death note was that if you get the person's name wrong multiple times that person won't be able to be killed by the death note. Plus, Light had too much of an ego to want to win like that. He wanted to outsmart L just as much as he wanted to kill him.

oh i missed that then. yea but he still cheesed L. I think as much as he is looking for fun he wouldnt pass on an opportunity to kill L as he tried in ep2 with lind l taylor. also he seems to be giving his 100% so he cant ignore any opportunity. and if there is a rule preventing this the author probably thinks light would do it otherwise. still there are many plot holes when you think about it but i love this show so much

bro apparently that rule is fake 😅.

also i wonder why light gave the book to ryuk just for him to give it to rem instanly and stuff.

im rewatching it, i had watched it for the first time like 6 or 7 years ago
