Budget (including currency): 1,000$

Country: U.S.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Basic web surfing, Expedition 33, RDR2, and multiplayer games with a 1440p monitor

Other details I am trying to build a sub $1,000 second PC to have for friends to play games when they come over. I wanted to go with a white theme, and use all Intel parts, basically to see if I could put something together that would look good, run well and still fit to a pretty low budget. I bought a bunch of the parts already because there is currently a sales tax holiday in my state, and Microcenter had some good deals including a bundle. If anyone has any suggestions on different parts, I am still within the return window on everything, and can make changes if something makes sense. Here's the parts list.

Could go with faster ram speeds. I'm not a pro in Intel CPU's but I heard they benefit from RAM with 6400-7200Mhz or even higher, whereas 6000MHz is the sweet spot for new AMD chips. (Check motherboard specification to see what speeds are supported)

I also think the Ripjaws have a preloaded EXPO profile to overclock, which is an AMD profile. XMP is Intel's version, this is not a dealbreaker but you might have to mess around a bit more in bios to overclock.
