Hey there everyone, this is my first time building a PC.

I've now gotten it booted it up, everything is working fine, and now I'm on the bios screen.

The final step really is getting Windows installed, which is the problem I'm having right now. I do not have a flash drive currently, and I'm wondering if theres any other options to install Windows.

Get one, available nearly anywhere. Then you can revisit this thread.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

To be fair, he asked if there were alternate options. I shared the one I've utilized in the past though OP probably doesn't have those parts either.

If one has a second desktop and a spare HDD/SSD, one can ''burn'' Windows onto the drive and install it into the target system and boot from it.

I've done it and in fact I've noted faster Windows installation times using this approach. Though modern flash drives are probably getting better.

To be fair, I didn't suggest your method wasn't possible.

I've been doing this long enough to know that if someone's only problem is as simple as not having a $7 flash drive, the alternative methods are also going to be over their heads or similarly not an option. They went through all the effort to get those physical parts in, surely a they can also get a flash drive.

OP's simplest and fastest solution will be to just get a flash drive.

Yes, I have done it for quite a while too.

he specifically asked for alternate options.

i gave him one. What if he did have a second desktop with an extra drive? It works.

I keep a usb ssd around just for that actually.

Each of my systems has a iso with the base drivers slipstreamed in and an unattended file that boots with ventoy.

Been doing that for years and it is a great option.
