Strange program name when turning off computer

Do you have a mouse that looks like this? Newmen 312 is a mouse and HID host confirms its talking about an input device, like a mouse.

Never heard, though googling "Newmen312" shows a bunch of

And googling "_hidhost" gave me these as the top two result

OH that looks like an old mouse of mine that i haven't used in a year but under a different brand name?  odd, good to know it doesn't seem to be anything malicious tho, thank you!

Concerning that its still running. You may want to see if you can remove the driver.

Just for future reference HID in this context typically stands for "Human Interface Device" e.g. something like a mouse or a keyboard. A HID host is usually a program that speaks the HID protocol.
