Sounds like the graphics driver might be crashing and restarting. Have a look in Windows EventViewer, see if there are any errors or warnings reported when this happens.

If you're not on the latest driver for the GPU, try updating it. If you are already on the latest version, try rolling back to a previous version.

This is more likely a software issue than a hardware issue. Did you look into EventViewer?

A screenshot of EventViewer usually helps if you can't find a promising entry. But it looks like you already did.

The faulting module (atio6axx.dll) is part of AMD's driver. Goes back to a time when it was still ATi. Used for OpenGL.

Are you running in a virtual environment? Seems like Ld9BoxHeadless.exe is part of VirtualBox. Specifically something for headless operation, i.e. a machine with no monitor attached.

yes I use virtual machine like emulator because its fastest way to find the problem with GPU.so there is it the problem,in my theory my GPU isnt dead right it just software issue?
I hear AMD driver cause all the problem
last time idk how it run smoothly until I use again and it went cause the problem again

Their drivers have a bad reputation, true. But recent Nvidia drivers haven't been stellar either. Can happen on both.

I'd try an older version, see if it fixes things.

What do you mean by first release version?

Their currently recommended version is 25.6.1. If that one isn't working, you could try 25.6.3. If neither one works, you can click on Previous Versions and try e.g. 25.5.1, 25.3.1 or 24.12.1. See if the issues continue.
