Weird Issue

Hi,

 

I don't know what is this but this issue is weird. I already tested my GPU to my other PC and this issue does not produce at all. 
But after i switch it back to its original unit the issue now persist. I don't know if the CPU is the issue or maybe the PSU.

Please anyone can help me. Thank you.

What size power supply does each PC have?

 

Are you using the same display cables on both PCs?

I'm using 600watt thermaltake and yes i'm using the same HDMI and also use another HDMI and display port but still the issue persist.

i forgot to mention, my other GPU does produce this issue with i use it to test my 2nd PC. this issue only happens when i return the GPU to the original unit.

Main PC.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Asrock RX 6600 Challenger
Mobo: Asus ROG B450 F Gaming
PSU: Cooler master 750watts modullar
RAM: 16gig DDR4 Ripjaw G.Skill 3600

Second PC. (This PC has the issue)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Sapphire rx570 8gig
Mobo: MSI B450m Pro VHD Max
PSU: Thermaltake 600 watts
RAM: 8gig DDR4 Viper Steel 3600

I did switch the GPU for both PC, the issue does not produce at all. I've test it at least an hour doing benchmark and playing game. 
The issue that i've post in link didn't happen even once. But when i return GPU now the second PC is have those flicker or i don't know 
what kind of issue is that.
