Hi, I recently purchase a pc, without a gpu, consisting of CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x GPU: RTX 4060 (PNY) 8GB Motherboard: B650 GAMING X AX v2 RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000mhz (2x16gb) Storage: Crucial P3 1TB NVMe M.2 PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 Gold 1050W CPU cooler: Thermalright peerless assassin 120SE Case:NZXT H510. (I put the 4060 in). I purchased it at a really low price because the seller said that the motherboard didn't have an output on any gpus he was using. But I fixed this by switching it from PCIE 4.0 to PCIE 3.0. But the second issue I've found is that on startup, no matter how hard I try hitting DEL, or any other keybinds, I CANNOT GET INTO BIOS. The only way I was able to get into bios was by unplugging the NVME drive, or by selecting to reset UEFI when in windows.

That CPU is supposed to have a basic iGPU. So it should be displaying something without the rtx 4060.  That's why I think there is something wrong with the BIOS. It may be a good idea to flash the latest BIOS.

I'm not saying that your SSD has a problem but I have plenty of issues with that model of SSD. This SSD has a cheap controller prone to overheating and there was a lot of defective or counterfeit units sold on Amazon. Just be careful.
