but, why?

also, between that price and the claimed specs, i'm extremely sceptical.

additionally, the domain was registered last year, supposedly in iceland. this would make the suggested specs of the laptop notably older than the domain it is sold on.

to me, all of this combined reeks of scam.

Buy a good laptop then get some cheap screens to go alongside. Won’t be quite as smooth and seamless as if it was all in one but it will be a better experience once you’ve got it set up

Hardware/Software: running old laptop with Ubuntu Server to run copyparty and a Terraria server, Steam Deck and high-ish end Windows 11 PC for gaming and content creation, Dell Inspiron laptop running Arch for school. Diehard iOS user, I lowkey want a mac too

I am looking for a Tri Screen laptop and found one but, I don't know if I should trust this brand (the brand is xyber, and this is the link to it: https://xyber.store/collections/xyber-series/products/medusa?variant=49889480376610)

To build on what others have said about avoiding this... if you really want a laptop with more than one built-in screen, there are more elegant ways to do this.

I'd consider something like the ASUS Zenbook Duo. It's not perfect (it can get loud and hot, and of course you'll need space for the screens and detachable keyboard. But you won't have to worry that the company will disappear or deliver a shoddy product.

Me, I'd rather invest in a laptop with one large screen (16 or 18 inches) and a high resolution. You can scale the UI to fit more on screen without having to manage multiple displays. You might not get as much raw space, but it could be less stressful.
