I've got 1,400$ (USD) and i'm debating on wether on getting a Gaming Laptop or a M-ITX build. I will be mostly using this for gaming at work (gaming+3D work+videoediting ) and LAN parties(streaming)  at friends. I'm still not sure which cooler or case to get, recommendations would be amazing. I'll be getting this at end of June or early june, so I will most likely pick up a 4790K.

I don't need an OS, peripherals and i'm in the US (live near microcenter).

So far I came up with this:

Do you like Prodigy case from Bitfenix? Maybe Fractal Design Node ?

I thought about prodigy not really into the node. I have in mind the Hadron Air or siverstone RVZ01

I think something like this should be nice. The case is small and easy to carry around

If you are not buying right now you may want to look into this xD

It's look so beautiful I feel in love with it xD But it's seem like we will not be able to change the internal stuff easily due to it'ssuper small form (kinda like a console and they marketing it as a Gaming Console PC as well). it has a i7 gen 4 and GTX 780 in it xD

Why a Xeon over a I7? And I don't trust a Silverstone psu with a I7+780ti

try to dig out sfx power supply from seasonic

if you dont want, we need to get different case. hadron then. want a seasonic psu, or the one that is allready in hardron ?

well that ivy xeon is hyperthreaded but clocked lower and without iGPU. and its pretty cheap.

Sadly the Hadron Air only supports gpu up to 267 mm in length. The Gigabyte R9 290 is 289 mm long.

How does the Silverstone cooler compare against something like a 212 Evo or a HAVIK?

In order to use the desired Silverstone RVZ01 case one has to use a very short cpu cooler. Based on http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2727&page=5 the cooler is better than stock and a Havik, but not as good as the 212 EVO.

I'd reccomend the Hadron Air as it also has a PSU but you might push that a bit much considering the 780 and such a high end intel cpu, I'd reccomend the "Coolermaster Elite 130" and a decent PSU  :P and your builds at 1200 now ? it'll probably hit 1300 not 1400 that way.
